Send me a message with what you would like to order, any allergy requests (vegan, lactose, nut allergy, etc.), colors or themes and a date for when the order needs to be picked up. Include any photos with other inspiration or party decor and I will respond to your request within 48 Hours including an invoice for confirmation. I will do my best to accommodate urgent orders and commit to fulfilling all accepted requests.

Payment can be made directly via bank transfer (I will provide the bank details on your invoice), via a Tikkie, or cash payment may be possible.
Once your order has been placed, I will send an invoice with a payment due date of 3 business days prior to your pickup date.
For larger events/orders, an initial deposit may be required, due to be paid within 5 business days of invoice date. Once the initial deposit has been received and the order is confirmed, the remaining amount will be due within 3 business days of pickup date.
Requests for delivery can be made and possibly arranged at an additional cost, based on scheduling availability.
*Minimum €10 Delivery fee. Additional fees may be incurred based on kilometres travelled.*

If your willing to have patience and work with me, ordering in German and Dutch is also an option. For Dutch inquiries I would still respond in English (Sorry for that!), but with German inquiries I can use my husband to translate responses (Could be a delay in response time).
I'm native English Speaker from the US & while my understanding is improving, I'm not confident in my abilities to communicate fluently in business and creative language (Yet!). Apologies for any inconvenience this may incur, but I'm happy to do my best, and utilize photos in any way I can, to make your life a bit more sweet and fulfil your order request!
NEVER! All Cake and Cookie mixes are baked from scratch, most using long time family recipes. Some include a European twist, based on sourcing limitations & some flavor inspiration from the Limburg and surrounding areas.
I will do my best to accommodate cake and/or cupcake requests, but they are custom orders and not a part of my standard menu. I primarily work with chocolate covering, so buttercream and fondant are not my specialty. If you're looking for a fun custom order, I'll do my best to accommodate, but if you're looking for an intricate, detailed fondant based wedding cake for example, I will suggest other bakeries who can accommodate your wishes better.
